About metaTarFisher

metaTarFisher was served to fish the comprehensive and credible targets of a query compound through integrating several state-of-art target fishing tools. It estimates the more probable targets of a small molecule, given the priori hypothesis that the more hit frequency of a target, the higher the reliability of the target to be the real target, which testified by us. The predicted targets are ranked by their hit frequency, and afterwards, by minimum rank of the target hit by methods, for proteins with the same number of hit frequency.
